GreenSCENT Joins the Global Week to Act for Sustainable Development Goals!

Hello, everyone! We are thrilled to share some exciting news with you today. GreenSCENT is proud to announce that we are now a part of the Global Week to Act for Sustainable Development Goals (#ACT4SDGs)! Our commitment to sustainability and our efforts to make a positive impact on the world have led us to join this incredible initiative.
At GreenSCENT, we believe in taking action to create a better future for our planet and its inhabitants. Our initiatives, such as the Youth Design Assemblies and the Microplastic activities in schools, are now officially a part of the Global Week to Act for Sustainable Development Goals.
But what is the Global Week to #Act4SDGs, and why is it such a significant event?
The Global Week to #Act4SDGs is a worldwide mobilization that takes place during the high-level week of the United Nations General Assembly in September. It serves as a powerful platform for people from all corners of the globe to come together and demonstrate their unwavering commitment, dedication, and inspiration to take action on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
This year, the mobilization is centered around five key themes: Climate, Peace, Gender Equality, Inclusion, and Sustainable Food Systems. These themes reflect the pressing global challenges that the SDGs aim to address. The Global Week provides an opportunity for the global community to unite and mark the mid-way point of the SDG Agenda, taking stock of progress made and setting new goals for the future.

Our Youth Design Assemblies empower young minds to become change-makers. We believe in the power of youth to drive sustainable change, and through these assemblies, we provide a platform for them to discuss, ideate, and design solutions that contribute to the SDGs, with a special focus on the themes of Climate, Peace, Gender Equality, Inclusion, and Sustainable Food Systems.
Microplastic Activities in Schools:
One of the most pressing environmental challenges of our time is plastic pollution, and microplastics are a significant part of this problem. At GreenSCENT, we are committed to raising awareness and taking action to combat microplastic pollution. Our activities in schools aim to educate students about the impact of microplastics on our environment and encourage responsible consumption and waste management practices.
